ReplyDeletethis year i would like in this class to pass the fact have better reading skills better vocbaulary and read intersetving books but while we learn i would want to have fun for example i would like to play around in class with the vocaublary words or to act out the story things like that i get a better understanding of it . i like the blog becuase we can get extract cedit and also if i didt understand or forgot the hw or somethign i can look what i need to do here .

ReplyDeleteI believe you can become a better reader by just practicing, and putting forth maximum effort in class. Remember there's a time and place for everything, and you can achieve anything if you are focus.
DeleteIn this school year I want to became a better reader, writer and add up more words to my vocabulary!!! Also stay focus on long and boring passage like in the FCAT : )
ReplyDeleteWhen you are reading long and boring passages (especially on the FCAT) you need to make yourself pay attention by giving yourself a job or something to accomplish while reading. Highlight key words, make 1 or 2 word notes, but most importantly try to notice when you are dozing off or daydreamnig. Then STOP, Reread, and FOCUS.

ReplyDeleteThis year I would like to perform better on all my quizes and test, practically try to A'ce them all. I would also like to improve and expand my vocabulary very much. What i would like to see on this site is before a test we have a review of it or possibly notes for us to look at to help us study it.
